Proving what’s possible

Our name comes from track and field’s ultimate test of speed, endurance, and heart: the 400-meter dash. In major competitions like the Olympics and World Championships, Lane 9 is assigned to the runner with the lowest qualifying time and the longest odds. We meet our clients in those pivotal moments—when pressure is high, goals are urgent, and people need support to lead well.
