Tania brings extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and project management in non-profit and advocacy organizations. She’s enthusiastic about helping organizations define and set ambitious, intentional goals and build a roadmap to achieve them.

She has worked with some of the world's leading companies, athletes, influencers, advocates, and nonprofit organizations to shape culture and change systems.

Hilary brings more than 25 years of experience across education, school leadership, and nonprofit organizations. She has taught and led schools, served as a founding school board president, and built national programs at Teach For America. Hilary enjoys helping leaders identify opportunities and implement practical solutions.

Deborah is a certified coach and teacher who has helped people move towards their most important goals in spaces ranging from classrooms to boardrooms for over a decade. She’s interested in the power of ongoing and personalized investments in people to help leaders and teams solve complex and meaningful problems.

Nabi is an accounting professional with over 13 years of experience in accounting, administration, and business development. He is committed to bringing precision and reliability to every client relationship, making the financial side of Lane 9 work as seamlessly as possible.
